Den Haag is a very common place for us, and we definitely have a lot of customers there. Adrian is one of them, and he actually lives far from the center, which is a nice to have for us because makes all operations easier. Also because of this, he doesn’t own an apartment but a real house, with two bathrooms. Which both required a full renovation.

Adrian requested us also to work on the floor, which was removed and replaced with PVC tiles. For the bathrooms we received full guidance of materials and styles, and once again we turned what is in the customer’s mind into something solid, concrete and most importantly – actionable. Turning our customer’s ideas into reality is the best part of our job.

We proceeded with the following:

• Old tiles and floor removal and disposal

• Pipelines replacement

• Flooring in the corridor and in the bathroom, and new tiles installation

• Removal of old building systems and replacement with new ones

• Walls and ceiling plastering and painting

• Electrical implant replacement

Again, as hinted above – business as usual here. Bathroom renovation is not necessarily our unique selling proposition (we’ve got quite a repertoire), but it’s surely a flagship of ours. For a construction company, to be supported by an excellent architect / interior designer is a real godsend. Needless to say, communication and cooperation with this professional here was very productive.
