Gabi is an old customer. He’s known our George for fifteen years, and since then he has been profiting from our services with full satisfaction and appreciation. One of his businesses is indeed construction, where he either buys distressed houses to be refurbished and sold at a profit, or even new projects where our help may be needed.

Working with Gabi is almost like visiting an old friend, and making agreements with him is straightforward. A good cup of coffee, a good explanation of his needs and expectations, a join analysis of the costs, and a handshake. And that’s it. Trust is at the same time the customer’s and the construction company’s best and most powerful asset.

During this project, we also aligned with other teams, which is always a good way to broaden our network, learn or teach ways to do things and skills, and in general provide an excellent service to our customer. Gabi gave us carte blanche on everything, buying what he was requested to buy (like building systems for the bathroom), and every now and then standing with us to supervise the works.

We proceeded with the following:

• Pipelines installation in bathrooms and toilets

• Building systems installation in bathrooms and toilets

• Tiles installation

• Plastering and painting of all walls and ceilings

• Electrical implants installation and readiness all over the house

• Installation of door frames, also custom were needed

• Montage of doors

• General finishing

The Complete, Professional Transformation

The apartment was fully new, but after the walls were erected many works had to be done. See here below the ‘first’ part of the works. Multiple areas of the house required as diverse approaches and different kind of materials. In this case, we prefer approaching specific parts of projects at a 1-by-1 case. We tackle the first one, we complete it, and then we move forward to the next one.

And there we went, involving Gabi when needed and adjusting our works in due course. The project was completed in winter time, which gives a nordic touch that we don’t really mind. See here below the ‘after’ pictures.
