They just stopped the works out of the blue, and the whole thing turned out to be a scam. I even had to start a lawsuit against them.Filippo:

Good question. I believe the professionalism – they came on time, we took enough time to discuss things through and in general they gave me the idea that they knew what they were doing. Another good question. Um, I think it happened when we discussed the cupboard, which was a bit of a conundrum because of several implication related to the quality of materials to use. And then, George mentioned proactively a special wood that is meant to be used in humid places. That showed the level of professionalism I was looking for.Filippo:
