Sara’s apartment makeover – from nice to awesome
Sara and her daughter Chloé live in a very nice and convenient apartment, but as Mr. Agnelli used to say, if something can be done well, then it can be done better. And this is what Sara decided in October 2025, and then we were introduced by a common friend. We had calls and meetings, and then she decided to move over with us. She decided to trust us. And trust, as we always say, is the foundation of our work.
Sara is a Sales Executive and she works for an American Tech company. She doesn’t really have too much time to improve and develop her apartment, so here we come and help with our expertise and knowledge of the industry of construction. Sara now has an apartment whose value has gone up, and if one day she will decide to sell it, she will make a very decent margin.
In this exclusive interview, Sara openly shares his impressions and takeaways of working with us. Aside from the pleasure of working for her, her constructive feedback was very appreciated.

Hey Sara, thanks again for taking the time — and for trusting us with your renovation works! First question first, could you please re-state what did we do for you?Sara:
You’ve plastered and painted walls and ceiling, renewed the floor and installed a new PVC surface, replaced the kitchen with the new one, expanded the living room to the French balcony, replaced radiators and will soon add a couple of doors.Filippo:
Great! And talking about the very start of the project, when was the moment when you thought that you were going to trust us?
Sara:
I’d say when we got down to discuss planning and timelines. I had a specific timeline to accommodate for personal reasons, and that was a hard requirement for me. When you committed to accommodate all of that, I had the feeling we were off to a good start.Filippo:
Good to be reliable even before starting works. Next question, was there a specific ‘wow’ moment, and if so when did it occur?Sara:
Again, timelines were my main concern. I did have a ‘wow’ moment when the works in the bedroom were completed earlier than expected.Filippo:
We love hearing those words. What is that you particularly liked on the way we handled the whole thing? Is there something specifically that stands out?Sara:
The quality of the works is good, as of today there are still some adjustments to be done but I’ve been appreciating your availability to help customizing the works as much as possible.Filippo:
Let’s imagine a friend of yours (ideally someone we don’t know yet) is thinking about a renovation — what would you tell them about your experience with Aannemer MACS?Sara:

Last one — what’s next on your renovation wish list?Sara:
Well, as soon the doors are delivered they will have to be installed.
